the gameplay its fine but the ui sucks

I have the same problem as Bobbio. Is there a fix around the issue, or is there a missing file?

Keeps saying starwardrogue_date folder should be next to the executable folder, tried changing the name of the runtimedata folder but that didn't do anything, very confused.
