Why is it only an ISO file insted of the game? I want to play this but it's only an ISO file and crap in the file named (IGG-ParanauticalAtivitDeluxAtonemeEdition2015)

Suicidal? IF you were you wouldn't "brag" with it like this. As someone who is really suicidal with OCD, ADHD, Aboulomania and others to be yet discovered, don't act. If you would have asked nicely I would have helped, but calling it crap and what not just because you cant get it to work..... Try daemon tools lite. Free to download. Install it, open the ISO file with daemon tools and then all you have to do is install it.
