This crack activated a cmd window which activated something along the lines of deployment and management tool anyone got a similiar experience and can help me find out what that was and how to turn it off again?

The comment below by Nostradamus1980 is no longer relevant; this version has the main game and the Hellfire expansion. It's the GOG release with both of them, and they work fine without having to juggle antiviruses and shit.
Just download it and install it as usual.

Need Diablo original

Once Download:
1.- Turn OFF of your AV (avoiding False +)
2.- Install Diablo 1 original firstly and then Install the addon Hellfire of Diablo 1
3.- Execute the app and configure (only executes GUI applying configurations for videos, audio, etc.) then exits once if finishing configuring in Diablo mainscreen (not playing).
4.- Turn ON of your AV
5.- Execute and Play!

Please insert CD.... for Hellfire therefore I'm unable to play it. Diablo and Hellfire is uninstalled and deleted cuz I don't want to play without Hellfire.

I downloaded this and thought it contains the base game as well as the updates but it seems like it only contains updates. Do I have to download the base game separately then?

hmmm...heres hoping this version is better than the psx version i emulated a good while back...silly question, that's a pc vs console comparison so of course it is. (granted that isn't always the case but the psx game was a port of this version)
