My idea is to search a bit on steam for those updates which should include both expansions and the secret mission service which was added in 2.0, besides, IGG would put all the pack in one so we (HUNGRY PIRATES) would have everything included in the game. There's also the Home of Light Complete Edition which talks about the new update 4.0 included...

is this single player EVE?

In the developer's homepage they say:
"A new X Rebirth "Complete Edition" which includes both The Teladi Outpost and Home of Light DLCs is now available on Steam".
Your version is this "Complete Edition" with DLC Teladi Outpost included or just Home of Light?

This download doesn't include the base-game, right? Is this stand -alone playable?
The size of 8 gb implies it is only the DLC.
