Hmmm i think this game has the right idea to teach a language. 😎 It seems having good balance of reading, memorizing and using the memorized words in Battle as an example. And the RPG-Mechanics (which -i think- best way to make any educational game) is a good way to provide "Reward/s"
Videogames and Education is something which could give a big boost in Human Developement, but its also something hard to entertain with. Especially with a short attention span(Unfortunatly Internet is quite a big part of the reasons,i can detect it on myself, too), Games can be a very good tool in teaching areas/school etc etc. Big 👍 UP for any attempt in this "sub genre"
Huge step up from the math blaster great grandpa I saw in the 80s. As an aside, I married into a Japanese family and tried for decades to learn it....
It's not even remotely easy. Maybe if I had started when I was a kid,,, it also didn't help the wife used to give the wrong translations just to fuck with me.
there's been like 2-3 other games like this one here, all trying to teach japanese with either hiragana or katakana. then there's the game ECO that started off as kickstarter project intended to be used by schools to teach about the environment and ecology, definitely a small niche for now but yea, i definitely can see benefits in thos games
A mistake in the first picture already. It's missing a "desu" at the end, so I wouldn't trust this fo shit. Probably made by a weeb and not a person knowing Japanese.
for a game tries to advocate japanese literacy, or anything educational in general kinda makes me feel really bad about pirating it. Would buy it when im rich
