For the people that like a good voice over and feel extremely uncomfortable with a “shitty” voice over, I don't recommend this game. Other thing that maybe make some people not like as well, is the lack of choice in dialogue and lack of understanding on what you are choosing.
Overall, it feels lackluster and void of choices.
Not my cup of tea, but maybe it could be yours if these problems don't rock your boat.
okay bosmang... maybe its not ur cup of tea because they speak weird irish accent. But thats a part of the world of the expanse. Strange accent all around
Yeah I'm disappointed, actually so far I force myself to play this, cause even though I love anything touched by Telltale, the graphics and anti gravity exploring is pretty cool, I just can't stand this poor voice acting, the main character's voice is terrible and totally emotionless, the rest of the actors are crap too, only 1/5 characters have decent voice acting. It's sad that this was not financed and focused on more.
moderator can you or anyone tell me if i download the game right now i have access to episode 1-2 right?so when episode 3 or 4 later came out to update the game for those episode do i have to download the game over again to continue where i left off?or do my save get erased and dont get carried over?cause if possible i want to play episode 1-2 now then then download it again when episode 3 and so on came out but as long as the save still intact and i can continue where i left off i dont mind like this is possible correct?you get my point right haha?
This game is awesome in it's narrative visual novel category, glad to see telltale games finally fallback to the 'tiny but impressive' IMO correct development cycle, I thought the studio is totally dead after that redundant long boring 'Minecraft story mode' disaster, who knows they could still remember how to make a minimal impressive game to its core with limited budget like this one?
It's based in the James S. Corey "Expanse" universe, which he covered in the 17 books he wrote, and was featured in the series "The Expanse." It's about humans, humans from Mars and humans in the "belt," and how they all interact in our solar system. (The Kuiper Belt is where people mine what is needed for the inner planets.)
If I download the game now, will there be a way to update/patch the game for the newest episodes as they come out and keep my progress? (new to this sort of thing sorry)
Just wait a bit, ep.3 is coming out 10 days later, ep.4 and 5 in September and about the save being carried over? It depends on where the game stores your save file.
If it's in C drive you probably won't have trouble carrying over your existing progress, but we're playing warez version, so you can never be so sure about that.
The game JUST got released. If you know anything about Telltale games, they release "episodes" about every 2-3 months. Luckily, its all in a month and a half.
