It's good, runs in a piece-of-sheet computer like mine and gives you hours of zombie killing time (if you like that). I'm definitely buying it next winter. It just gets a little easy after you upgrade everything (but, duh! that's what upgrades do tho).

I just bought the game. Is there a way to copy the save files over so I don't have to start again? I know where the Proper saves files are stored. Where are they stored for this version? Perhaps I could just copy them across.

According to the post, the save folder for legit version is located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_STEAM_ID\2163330\remote\

..\AppData\LocalLow\ is just for storing backups.

just keep playing, the medic unlocks after you collect like -100 medkits, just takes a little longer
