EDIT: After doing a little more research and getting a refund JUST UNDER that 2 hours cutoff (THANK FUCK!) It has come to my attention that the dev has been influenced by "modern" western sensibilities. Not only was the Steam version made without the R18+ content the original game was removed from stores! Say what you want about the adult content I don't care about that. I am highly against censorship and anyone aligning themselves with any type of lefty westernized viewpoint.
If you want to change up your style and content I totally understand. I don't expect people to who make degen game mechanics to do it forever. BUT going out of your way to have this new view point and shitting on your old customer base in the process is fucking stupid. Especially if the rest of your games content is mediocre at best!
Heyyyyyy my suggestion finally made it! Thanks to the IGG team for the upload! Wanted to try before I buy but I decided to get it anyway. Glad I did, if your familiar with the genre everything you love is here. Seems short but pretty fun!
I completely agree with everything you say here, except for one thing. You used the term "lefty westernized viewpoint". It is the far-RIGHT that are all about the "family values" thing. The "lefty" viewpoint would be far more likely to be AGAINST censorship. Get some news from other sources, perhaps ;-)
What a shame that dev remove the 18+ content both from Steam and the DL site. It used to be marketed as a porn game, but now it's just a game without the porn.
Aside from the removal of R-18 contents, the other things I don't like from this STEAM version are how the sprint button changed from hold into press and it will stop sprinting only after the whole animation stops. There seems to be no option to change this, but It can be cancelled by ducking or jumping, and somehow bunny hop aiming becomes a meta. Also the cat ladies pronouns are THEY/THEM????? Seriously now??? Man I'm glad I downloaded the game from here. It would be wasteful to actually buy this game.
