These games are "eroges" ("erotic games"). I think you are looking for SFW (Safe For Work - Non hentai) "VNs" (Visual Novels). All eroges are VNs but not all VNs are eroges. There are some SFW VNs on this site. Just perform a search using this site's search engine with the criteria "Visual Novel". For example, I was able to find "The Devils - A Visual Novel of WWII" and "Blake: The Visual Novel" both of which have no erotic content. ๐
Unfortunately, no distinction was made between "Visual Novel" and "eroge" as there is no "eroge" tag, so all you can do is go through each VN game thread and try to sort it out by visual inspection (Has sex scenes or not based on the posted pictures) and/or by checking the Steam page for a given game.
