Edit goes here So I've played for about an hour, this game is basically just a more stylized version of Emperor Rise of the MIddle Kingdom.
It's not UNFUN, but it's the same thing for all intents and purposes. I'm still doing the tutorial missions so it may get better, it may get worse.
My biggest malfunction so far is that not everything is translated. All the important stuff is, but occasionally you'll run into the random thing that isn't. Also, unlike the "Sierra" games of the past mousing over a building with a sign over it doesn't tell you what their malfunction is.
If you've ever played "Pharaoh", "Zeus", "Ceasar 1/2/3" or "Emperor", then you've played this, if you liked those games you'll like this.
You manage a population as it grows over time. They have different needs and you occasionally get raided by enemy soldiers. There's a lot of subtle nuances within the mechanics that make for interesting gameplay. The game has a story mode which also acts like a tutorial. The game also has free-play which allows you to create cities without a mission in mind. I definitely think this game has a lot of replayability
He does it for DOZENS of games. I've been calling him out over the last couple of days. I mean I get it, pirate website and all, but show some fucking class.
