English not supported. In the case of this game though, it's not really necessary as it's a 2D Fighter, parody game. However, on the game's Steam page it also officially lists that English Subtitles are available. It may be confusing to some people. There is English support via the English subtitles.
Let me help you with that. Download Bandizip. Open with that tool and go to the Codification option and change it in to Japanese. After you extract the game, you need to install Locale Emulator. Go there install and try to run the .exe over the Locale Emulator with the right mouse button and Save it in to Japanese. Please create a shortcut to next time run the game in Japanese Everytime.
Unpack the game at 7zip and you can able to save the entire game in to Japanese Words Corrected for next time you persevere the game.
