"Coming soon" means that this game is in the Alpha/demo stage and not in the "Early Access"/mostly playable stage! Those downloading it should consider it as a "preview" of a game that may be worth looking into! For more information, see here.
You see, it's true for games that are Steam exclusive or are released on Steam at the same time as other platforms. But, for Tchia and some other games that are released on Epic Store first, this may not be true.
Scene groups usually crack games as soon as possible and if the game is on Epic, it gets released here while not on Steam. And as you can see, Tchia is available on Epic right now 👇
Side note: One thing that gives me pause regarding this particular game however is the size of the game on Epic Store. It is reportedly a lot bigger that 3 GBs available here. It's something around 12 GBs on Epic. So unless someone has repacked it, something else is going on here.
If you check the torrent page for the game, you can see that this is a P2P (Peer to Peer) release and not a Scene release. Many times, P2P releases games earlier than Scene groups because they don't follow the "Scene Rulez" but Scene releases tend to be more "proper" (stable) due to the rules which Scene groups must follow in order to ensure quality releases.
I don't know what exactly happened either with the 3GB compressed size in the RAR archive vs the 15GB fully installed size listed on Steam (12GB fully installed size listed on Epic), difference but it's very possible that this is an unbranded, P2P repack of either the Steam or the Epic version (I didn't download this game, so I don't know which version is in the spanned archive). Some repackers like FitGirl are very highly skilled at reducing the overall size of games whether they are from The Scene, P2P or retail. Of course, some things like common redistributables and language packs other than English would probably be outright removed before any repacking would even begin. AFAIK, some of FitGirl's repacks have separate language packs that can be downloaded for those who want to play a game in a language other than the default English. So, what you mentioned in the latter part of your comment might not apply for Tchai as it could be either version that's inside the spanned archive.
I reference Steam as the main source of information since many, if not most, of the games listed on this site are games featured on Steam. Unless there's no information about a game on Steam, I don't usually reference other retail platforms (eg. - Epic, Humble Store, Big Fish Games, Itch.io - Some games may be listed simultaneously on Steam and Itch.io even though Itch.io games are not allowed for request here and would not be listed here if only available on Itch.io, MangaGamer, DLSite, a dev's official custom site, a dev's Patreon site, ... etc) as there could be too many possible sources for me to check for a single game in the limited amount of time that I have to devote for finding information about each game in the total amount of games that I could possibly report about in a given day.
