Unfortunately this sucks, the transformations are basically just another death counter you have to deal with or else you lose if you 100% transform or member dies with a generic pic of what they turned into. Also about 3/4 the events are just males turning into females and 99% of the other options are like 1-2 events.
They added some mod support and promised too attempt too add better and more (like all developers) but if they did and adult cultured people came and modded it up it has potential otherwise unless REALLY want a oregon trail with more reading (most of it being uninteresting from little I skimmed through) then this a skip.
Its very clear that's the main draw for this is from what the description says, which is why I'm comparing it to the only other substantial transformation game most would know about. But hey, I'm not kink shaming, so no need to get your panties in a twist about it. You enjoy yourself as much as you like.
