I downloaded the game but didn't have a chance to play with it yet (It takes time to reach an erotic H-scene). The Steam version is censored (Has mosaic over genitals) as can be seen in the screenshots of the game's DLC page. However, the patch notes included in the archive, refer to the game as "Sakyuseka", not "Succuseka: Resist Succubus Temptation", so there may be a very good chance that this is the not the Steam version and thus fully uncensored! You can also ask Blue Bomber down below (aka by his old alias "Insomnia Gimania") to confirm which version the game is since he already played it. I don't know if he ever reached an erotic H-scene though - It's definitely not shown on YouTube!
