FYI - "Coming soon" and "To be announced" seem to have the same meaning in that they both notify Steam users about a game before its official release date so that additions to wishlists for the game can be created by Steam users (See the articles here and here). In fact, the smaller print text beneath and above each banner's larger print text are identical!
Thus, "Coming soon" means that this game is in the Alpha/demo stage and not in the "Early Access"/mostly playable stage! Those downloading it should consider it as a "preview" of a game that may be worth looking into!
It's like how "Green onions" and "Scallions" mean the same thing (See here)~! It's all about marketing! LOL! Like the old saying goes, "A rose by any other name is still a rose! 😀
Maybe games in one of those categories which mean the same thing, could have a higher retail price - Like how "escargot" is supposed to be a fancy, expensive French dish while at other restaurants where it is just called snails, it's a relatively common, cheap dish!

You may as well go open your notepad and write down 10 reasons why you would download 10+ gigs and by the time you are done...you just literally made and played what this game is in it's current state......
