Hello, I am one of the game's developers; we are a small team of around ten people. We have been working on this game for almost 4 years. The release in early access allows us to be paid a little bit, because yes it's been 4 years that we work without earning money. I understand that you want to test the game or that some people cannot afford to purchase it. However, if you enjoyed the game, adding it to your wishlist would be a huge help.
I WILL buy games I like, but if you could see my steam account you'd see how many EA games I've bought, and how many of them are now dead. Then look at how many of them I've bought that have been in EA for nearly a decade and still aren't finished, and finally see how many have actually been finished.
I appreciate the time and effort you've put into your game. Back in the 90s and early 2k I worked for Origin and Westwood Online only to have EAxis come in to fuck everyone so yeah I know game development despite being out of it for a very long time so I genuinely do get it.
But I will never be burned by an EA game again.
I did play it, and I do like it, it's already on my wishlist and watch list. When it's FINISHED I'll buy it. No sooner though.
Only critique I have is being able to select multiple units at once. If there's a way it eluded me. The regular drag a box over method didn't nothing.
I respect that! I won't DL this one! Will look around to see if i'm interested. That must heartcrushing to see your game here. But hey there are a lot of decent gamer.
Keep in mind that this game came out a week ago, and it's still in Early Access. It's normal that there is still not much to do until the game is completely finished.
I'm going to wait to see if they finish making this game if so I'll buy it as it looks like I'll enjoy it! I'll try it when it's done too many games I've tried i loved and when done i hated them and ones i hated when they were done i ended up loving them so I'll wait this time.
I'll never pay for another EA game again until it's out of EA, so let's give it a whirl and see how much of a cluster fuck I'm avoiding.
