Legacy is just a remaster of the 2002 release. While restore is a whole remake with 3D graphics. Both have a couple of similar CGs, but the rest of CGs are unique to each:
Well I wouldn't say better just different. It boils down to taste. I think there are also few gameplay differences, but to confirm I'm going to first have a playthrough of legacy before restore. I will then update this comment if I find anything worth mentioning.
I wonder if you can fail to accomplish everything within a time limit of one year or not? The game seems to be simple, but I don't know if I'm missing anything. :)
Well, this game is available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese! But for Full Audio is Japanese only.

Open Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region, and then click Region and Language. Change format for USA ( CANADA ) and no blank box dialog at all
