latest patch doesnt patch the game

It keeps downloading in 1.9.0.1 and I cant update it

the region 6 is crack, it didn't load correctly

Why do the update downloads not work for me? When I launch the PATCH file it says its not available for my version

crack doesn't work, no matter how much I try, it doesn't play or start with the crack files, only the orig files are working but it doesn't add the dlc contents
