I managed to get it to work after switch to the cloudflare DNS server and flushing the DNS cache a dozen times, but I'll be keeping that mirror site bookmarked just in case.

That's what I get after waiting for nearly two minutes. This is on a 1GB cable connection configured to use the google DNS servers.
