Okay so I played it. It has nothing to do with hentai, the protagonist is just called Hentai Girl. You just walk around a sandbox Map and kill some soldiers, your main objective is to destroy some radios and collect cringe Memes. The "Memes" are just pictures that were edited to look like Adolf...yeah. You can complete the whole game in about 5Minutes.
It's very interesting that alot of these people that make games about Nazi's but aren't they the same type of People that love Communism and having their rights stripped from them and sent to a concentration camp so why would you make anything about a Nazi and encourage people to play something like this absolutely obscured that people enjoy this nonsense people must remember they were the ones that killed the Jewish people and were black slave owners and yet lots of People blame every white Person to be a Nazi nowadays!
