I think that it's just IGG himself who copies and re-posts whatever screenshots are available on Steam. That's understandable as there are a ton of other games that he has to deal with on a daily basis (IGG has the sole responsibility for uploading the games here and probably any associated promo material like screenshots). The staff is probably too busy with their daily responsibilities on this site to even try to find the English version (If it is available).
