I have a Rift S. I added -othervr to the target executable on my desktop and now it starts in VR. I still have to hit the spacebar to get VR started. Just played around a bit.
Not only with that many parts but there's also a factor of timeliness involved. Even with many mirror links, you need to DL fast before the parts get deleted by each hoster! This will surely be a challenge to undertake for those willing to undergo it, especially now that GDrive is no longer available! I'm sure that it wasn't easy for IGG to post all of those links! Like it's been said again and again "No pain, no gain".

I think its different for steam vr. Maybe try -steamvr
