i extracted it then i clicked on the game and it keeps on saying "Cant find information files where did you download Source http://IGG-games.com" help pls
"api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" somebody help me ho and dont say "install dll fixer" this is not working !!!!! just give me the dll at mega or in a other website

I don't have a screenshot, but I did delete the files that say that the game is from http://IGG-GAMES.com. Maybe that's what he meant by information files.
Um, I installed this game off of MEGA. And I got this message when starting up. "Can't find information files. Where you downloaded? Source: http://IGG-GAMES.com"

Install the latest NET Framework (4.6 - You can download from Official microsoft site), and run again with Run as Administrator. (Remember restart your window after install NET Framework, if you still cant start then, try install all vredist, too.
Ive got the same problem, on the top it says: that this programm already exists in the data_games\maps\ folder. And when i manage to open the game, I get this screen:
