Hey guys, so i recracked the game with the Goldberg steam emulator and it works, just search Goldberg steam emu or use https://mr_goldberg.gitlab.io/goldberg_emulator/ Then you extract Goldberg_Lan_Steam_Emu_master(version).zip\experimental anywhere you want. Then you copy all the files into the release folder, and set up the ColdClientLoader.ini Example setup: it is pretty self explanatory, then you just run the game and boom it runs, i added a screenshot in game as proof . If someone would like to contact the mods, i can provide the crack without the hussle of doing it yourself. Also you can change your steam ID if you want, just play with the emulator a bit and you'll find out. Hope you have a lot of fun, and just buy the game if you can. Best regards, Ben.

to anyone trying to download this: don't even bother. the crack is useless and it makes the game basically a menu simulator. if you're willing to go through painfully slow download times, just go to apunka, at least they don't use broken half assed cracks.

I done the fix, but I am still playing on beta 4.0 as I'm not sure how to move my survival world to the new one, I tried launching on the latest version but it doesn't load my progress from the older version.
Go to the save game location in appdata. There should be a few folder with some numbers in them. at this point you will just have to find out yourself wich one is for the newer version. It's because diferent versions are cracked by diferent people
Local multiplayer should work, maybe you can even use Hamachi to play with your friends, but you would have to test that. Of course the steam multiplayer will not work.
Why are non of my worlds loading? Creative, Survival, Challenge and even the main menu world doesn't load. The loading screen goes all the way to the end but just goes back o the main menu. I would really appreciate some help, Thanks

It's hard to do for a newcommer, you have to download the zip from the link, then you have to unzip it, then you take everything from the folder "experimental" and put it into the "release" folder of scrap mechanic, then do the stuff i did in the tutorial below and it should make more sense

So if you copy over the contents of the folder example into the scrap mechanic release folder, then you open the the "ColdClientLoader.ini" you have to edit it with notepad and write in the stuff from the picture in the tutorial i posted below the "exe" and the "appid", then you should be set

the release folder should have theese things in it and as well as the ColdClientLoader.ini (so this is how my release folder looks, it is shortened, beause there's a lot of things in it) and the scrap mechanic.exe is the way you can run it, the LaunchGame.bat just opens the exe, so you can't go wrong
Wait, why is the english language missing? Is this exclusive to v0.5.0.652? the previous ones have english . EDIT: I'm a dumbass and this has English. This version is set in Russian, but can be changed in the settings. And in the language settings, you can SCROLL UP AND DOWN on the dropdown menu to see more options. I didn't realize it because the dropdown menu didn't have a scrollbar.
I tried it a few days ago and there's a bug that brings you back to the menu screen when you try to open a world. Haven't tried to reinstall since. *I've reinstalled now and the game seems to work alright, can't say anything about coop though.
I'm getting the bug that returns you to the menu as well. This error only pops up when trying to load a world, though. Based on the logs included in the release, whoever tested the game to ensure it worked, never attempted to load a world, all the logs indicate the game was closed normally immediately following the main menu being displayed.

Igg updated their release after this post. The new version (game version 0.5.0_640) had the problem of not registering steam - "my" fix posted above fixed that. The game wasn't stuck in the main menu after that - but i dont know if that's related to my fix or the new version. Cant say anything about the newest version *644 and its problems, as I have paused playing the game and don't have the newest version downloaded.

check the "smartsteamemu.ini" file, it is basicly a file that contains all the information that would usually be tied to you steam accaunt. There is a line where you can change the language

I used this fix but it changed my language to russian, I changed the OnlineFix.ini from "Language=russian" to "Language=english" (no quotes) but it didnt fix the issue

I switched from 0.4.0 to 0.4.5 version. Copied all files from: C:\Users{name}\AppData\Roaming\Axolot Games\Scrap Mechanic\User\User_ID to the new User_ID generated by 0.4.5 version. The problem is that unlocked clothes and items i was carrying are getting lost. As far as for items i can put them in chest and save in that way but i cant do that with unlocked clothes. Any clues?
I have the same issue. I think it has something to do with the "character" file. I've copied it over multiple times but it keeps making a fresh one when starting the game.
I found out the reason. It needs the Steam fix. IN "C:\Scrap.Mechanic.v0.4.5\Release" are missing steam files that connects you to steam character instead making offline one. Or just copy missing files from 0.4.0 into that directory.

Saves are located in %appdata% folder, like in litetally any other game that was not realesed by R* games. Tho sometimes your saves might get "deleted" although they really were not. When this happens you have to go to the location that the save games are located, for me its appdata\roaming\axolot games\scrap mechanic. Inside the "user" folder should be a file called "user_some numbers". If its just one file you have a problem, this means your saves were deleted. If there are two or more files, you also have a problem, but not as big. Your "deleted" saves are inside these files. To see wich one is wich, go to "Blueprints", open random files and see wich of the build you recognise. The rest is probobly obvious, just copy the files from old folders to the new ones.
Any way to stop bots from spawning in specific places? Like if I put some blocks they stop spawning? I built my farm on an island which is big enough for bots to spawn on the other side, but it doesn't seem realistic that I can see where they are spawning

Thanks, but that's not the problem, the packing station that I found (i think it's for vegetables), is full with broccoli, i can't pump anything to it I lost like 7 beetroot trying to shoot it, the arrows (on the station) points down, so I also tried pumping from the packing station into the chest but didn't work What you said was new information to me so thanks ;)

ok i get it working, but i must made some changes to files. For me this build doesnt support online. You must change some files in "Release" with "online fix" files.

bluemediafiles is what igg uses to make some extra cash (i think) using ads that show on the site... take away from it what you want but I think it's fair to sit thru some ads considering what you are getting in return. if you wait for 5 seconds and then click the blue button that apears under the count down it will redirect you to the proper download site. also, since I can tell you are new here grab a small tip from me. Only ever use 2 download sites from here, google drive or MegaUp. Always try Google first, but files there are often taken off, MegaUp is worse a bit then Google, but they are reliable and almost never take off files. When using MegaUp you need to click the download button twice, it will show you two pop up adds you can close imidietly, on the third try you will get the file. some pop up ads are malicious so make sure to have an antivirus that block said sites (I use Avast, I think adblock also does a well enough job) and always make sure the file you download is an zip or something like that file, some ad sites try to give you exe file with the same name, don't run it or download it, it's a virus.

Yes it happens with creative. Specs: Cpu: intel core-i3 2120. Gpu: Intel(R) HD graphics If you need more then let me know but i dont know much of my specs

Been living on woc milk mostly and seems they drop it every 3-4 corns they eat. Finally got to a point where I wanted to make a button activated gate but it's seemingly impossible as you can't change settings on the bearings or something without a level 5 driver seat (as I read it somewhere), so you can't link a logic gate and bearing... Like, bruh. Unintuitive and impractical af.

On the torrent site, you can download the updates separately and replace some folders and you don't need to download the game again. But only some games have this feature (Dark Souls 3, Assassins Creed etc)

me too was getting the error with steam_api.dll, however if you start steam the problem is solved. Start steam and then separately Scrap Mechanic and the game goes. I guess the problem is caused by the pach in order to play online ... it does not work with SmartSteamEmu 1.4.3
I'm speaking about SSELauncher.exe (the file that has a UI for adding games to SSE) I meant that if you add the game to the launcher it says that steam_api.dll isn't original.

Inside the Release folder, there are a lot of dll files, scroll down all the way, then there is a launcher.exe and ScrapMechanic.exe, start any of them the game should work If this is not the answer for your question, then I didn't understand it correctly, describe it more to me

there is a section called game request, scroll to the top of the page and click it, there scroll down to the comments and write it like this. Request: (Update/Upload/ReUpload) Game: (Name of the game) Steam: (Link of the Game in Steam) IGG: (Link of the Game in IGG) Make sure the game does not require online connection, basically a game that has singleplayer and also with/without multiplier. It has to be on steam as well. you can read more in the rules

Honestly if you don't have 8gb of ram most games aren't playable, and the 15gb storage may be the total it needs to install but the file you download might not be that big, especially when it's compressed. If you only have 4gb of ram another 4gb stick is pretty cheap, if you have ddr3 you may even be able to get it for free if you have a pc recycling center near you.

I have 8gb ram, thx for the info btw The problem is for downloading with internet speed of 100kb/s and data cap of 50gb every month, the download is probably like 7-10gb or even more it will take ages to download, also some games take more than the needed storage, for example train station renovation it says it needs 5gb storage and it's size was about 6gb,while cms18 says it needs 20gb but takes only like 10gb I hope you are right, but I'm downloading it anyway!
Has anyone made it work with Steam's built in workshop? The beta website for downloading steam workshops items for manually installing seems unable to download anything now from Scrap Mechanic's workshop. I can choose items from Steam's built-in workshop while playing the game.... but they never appear.
to be honest mate I'd give it a week or two. The last update took about that long after it was released and unless something has changed in there methods I wouldn't be surprised. No hate on the team tho you guys are doing great
You need to download the mod, (e.: http://steamworkshop.download/) Then you need to copy the files from the rar to the mod folder (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Axolot Games\Scrap Mechanic\User\User_{randomnumbers}\Mods)
The survival update comes out may 7th and even then it can take a couple of days-weeks to get it on here so stop asking for it. I'll come in due time. I'm not a mod but seriously this stupidity is getting annoying.

Sorry, no multiplayer. It´s cracked, and all cracked games don´t have any online functions. So there are no games cracked here that only are online. And Scrap Mechanic´s multiplayer is bad too :D
False. Many cracked game have online functions. Same when it comes to actual multiplayer. SmartSteamEmu helps when you want to play multiplayer with your friend.
Actually, Scrap Mechanic cracked does have multiplayer option. Add the game to your Steam library by clicking ADD A GAME in the bottom left corner, select Scrap Mechanic, and just add it. Next, your friend who you wanna play with must be in a world he created. Launch the game yourself, after launching, close the window but don't turn off the game, open the Steam window, right click his name under Game Info, and click Join Game. That's it. This process will be the same for him. But do be careful since game has multiplayer problems, and there is a lot of lag. When you're in a friend's world, you receive a ton of lag, but when your friend is YOUR world, only he receives lag and not you. You're welcome.
Hey, this game have Multiplayer Lan, In the page of PCMYMJUEGOS the game have a Lan option, actually the page are closed but the game have a online mode with a cracked version.
You can install mods first find the mod that u want and then download it and go to you pc and hold down the windows button and press R key then type %appdata% and go to axolot games then scrap mechanic then user then user and some randome numbers then mods the place the mod tgat u want in that folder then load up the game then select the world u want to play in and tgen in the little mod menu select the mod hopefully this helps. : )

The games crash with this error: d:\jenkinsworkspace\scrapmechanic\scrapmechanic\contraption.cpp:774 Bugsplat! It also couldn't find the settings folder but that's fine as it's defaulting it and it can certainly be set ingame.

I seemed to have fixed the problem. There was a problem with extracting. Re-extracting the rar file and deleting the old files worked. (I had to open it using the "LAUNCHER.exe" in the release folder.
Game is already cracked, but there is a bug. do not open the game with launch_game.exe, but with "launcher.exe" in the "Release" folder. Have a nice day .)

Go to your appdata folder by using run (CNTRL + R) and then picking the folder called "Axlot Games". In that folder just go into Scrap Mechanic and then User. In the user folder you should pick the most recent file as it should be yours. And then that's it, this is where you put mods, tiles, maps, etc.

Like I launch it, and then it comes with axolotl screen, I can hear the background music, but if I click, just crashes. On like older versions like 0.1.x it works perfectly. Hello, I have seen many people have problems with starting Scrap Mechanic and I hope I can help you with this post. So I had like many other people this error: "error x3501 mainVS entrypoint not found". And now I tell you how I solved it. I first looked at my log and searched for what could cause this error and since I have found the answer. The following problem is that the "Data" folder is not where it should be. So I did not think long after and just copied these three folder "Data, Cache and EmptySteamDepot" and pasted it into the "Release" folder. And I do not know what the file "installscript.vdf" is / makes but I have copied it too maybe it was useful but perhaps not. : D And in the end it worked! I know that few people have already written a "small" post about the problem and actually had the solution, but I wanted to explain it "in detail" for everyone so that everyone understands it. And I hope that the problem "error x3501 mainVS entrypoint not found" and perhaps other problems with this post have been fixed.

Make a shortcut for the exe/launcher. Then go to the shortcuts properties and under target add "-windowed" ontop of the current file directory (without quotation marks). Go to the compatibility tab and check the run as administrator. Running it in compatibility mode for windows 7 might also help.
Igg games has only uploaded the game itself. You might have to wait a couple days or so for them to update to the latest one. Which is 0.2.0 hotfix 3 or whatever the latest hotfix is.

i can run this game with a nvidia gt 610,intel pentium G2030,4GB ram just fine sometimes even touching 60 fps on lowest settings...i know that those r potato specs,but i have overcloacked to 1000Mhz core,default 535 mem,and that seems to be doing decently for lower end games...

steam(something like that)- .dll gives me an error saying the I need to open it with Steam, I did, It still said the same message. I may need to download multiple different Scrap Mechanic Downloads and see If I'm missing something. May need to replace files. And also fix the data with Microsoft V-Studio. Could rename files if that would help. I wish someone uploaded a video on how the Scrap Mechanic folder should look like and have inside the folder.
First stop saying the same question, and second either get your friend inside your house then get him to connect to your router and then you can play together assuming you have a 2nd computer. Or the faster way of linking your 2 computers via hamachi.

I go on it works for a while... Then boom it crashes. I do not think this is a stable update, if it is it could be that I am running Windows 10 even though it recommends me to use Windows 7.
if its not working try downloading an older stable version and then copy pasting all the new ones into the old one, i haven't tried yet just thought to but hope it helps
This cracked version is so buggy when I want to press E on a lift with a creation wich hasn' t been made by me or only if I select it or I place it it crashes + with an error of failed to create dumb file.
Im afraid this is only the "steam workshop" part of newest update. There are many files missing that are required for the game to work. Besides this update is 7,5mb and normally it should be around 50mb.

mscvp is microsoft visual c++, so you can download that from microsoft (don't download from dll download sites, because A: it probably doesn't work, because it doesn't have the rest of the installer B: Dll injection is popular for hacking games and carries the definite risk of putting a virus in your computer)

That usually occurs when you don't have required dll's. Make sure you always install the things in the common redist folder. Both x64 and x86 versions.

The saves are saved in your AppData folder which all games/version of scrap mechanic will save and load from. Unless you delete the saves in AppData, then you dont need to copy them.

I downloaded both versions (0.1.11 & 0.1.13) and I can´t even extract it. When I try it gets to 100% and then there comes the sound from windows like there is a problem. So 1) I can´t extract it and 2) When I try to launch the game without extracting I can do that but when I am in the menu I can´t create a new world. i think you arte connecting the engine to all bearings, but thats wrong, you need to connect the drivers tseat, to the bearins on blocks to steer, and the engine, on the bearings on wheels

Then you copy all the files into the release folder, and set up the ColdClientLoader.ini
Example setup:
it is pretty self explanatory, then you just run the game and boom it runs, i added a screenshot in game as proof
If someone would like to contact the mods, i can provide the crack without the hussle of doing it yourself. Also you can change your steam ID if you want, just play with the emulator a bit and you'll find out.

EDIT: I'm a dumbass and this has English. This version is set in Russian, but can be changed in the settings. And in the language settings, you can SCROLL UP AND DOWN on the dropdown menu to see more options. I didn't realize it because the dropdown menu didn't have a scrollbar.

Looks like whatever steam api workaround they're using, it doesn't play well with the game.

edit: i already tried editing the steam_emu.ini file and it didn't work
extract all files into the scrapmechanic/release folder and start the steamclient_loader.exe as an admin.
If it's still not working, open the ini file and enter the appid. I did this before i started it as an admin, so i dont know if it's needed. I also had steam running, dont know if it works without steam. Cheers and have fun.

also, since I can tell you are new here grab a small tip from me. Only ever use 2 download sites from here, google drive or MegaUp. Always try Google first, but files there are often taken off, MegaUp is worse a bit then Google, but they are reliable and almost never take off files. When using MegaUp you need to click the download button twice, it will show you two pop up adds you can close imidietly, on the third try you will get the file. some pop up ads are malicious so make sure to have an antivirus that block said sites (I use Avast, I think adblock also does a well enough job) and always make sure the file you download is an zip or something like that file, some ad sites try to give you exe file with the same name, don't run it or download it, it's a virus.

u should be able to update it from the game itself and maybe they should creat a workshop of there own so we still will ahve acess to all feeturs
Also for mods, you can get some of the mods (not the creations) from other websites, just search for them, i had some mods for the older version, 0.3.4
It's really easy to use and you don't need to download the game again

The problem is for downloading with internet speed of 100kb/s and data cap of 50gb every month, the download is probably like 7-10gb or even more it will take ages to download, also some games take more than the needed storage, for example train station renovation it says it needs 5gb storage and it's size was about 6gb,while cms18 says it needs 20gb but takes only like 10gb

I solve my problem by removing the dots in the scrap mechanic target path :
When it's done open SmartSteamEmu.ini and at the line "#StartIn = " put the target path WITHOUT ANY DOTS (example : C:[...]\Scrap Mechanic\ScrapMechanicv027\Release)

In these you can see the Fault Module Name : ntdll.dll
ntdll.dll can be found in:

I have seen many people have problems with starting Scrap Mechanic and I hope I can help you with this post.
So I had like many other people this error: "error x3501 mainVS entrypoint not found". And now I tell you how I solved it.
I first looked at my log and searched for what could cause this error and since I have found the answer.
The following problem is that the "Data" folder is not where it should be.
So I did not think long after and just copied these three folder "Data, Cache and EmptySteamDepot" and pasted it into the "Release" folder.
And I do not know what the file "installscript.vdf" is / makes but I have copied it too maybe it was useful but perhaps not. : D
And in the end it worked!
I know that few people have already written a "small" post about the problem and actually had the solution, but I wanted to explain it "in detail" for everyone so that everyone understands it.
And I hope that the problem "error x3501 mainVS entrypoint not found" and perhaps other problems with this post have been fixed.
Coping the Data,Chace and EmptysteamDepot(so i think that folder is useless) that worked and the game works.

i looked up what that meant and apparently something is missing. i didnt delete anything i swear!
i looked around and saw a folder called redsit
in that folder i saw these things called vcredsit *86 , dxwebsetup and oalinst
i opened oalinst first and it said licence agreement bla bla bla and i hit done
then it said installation complete. i clicked done and opened dxwebsetup and it said stuff about no installation is neccesary
then i clicked on vcredsit *86 and the first time i did it it said that a newer version of microsoft visual C++ was already installed and to resolve this issue so i un installed the new on and put in vcredsit *86 and came back and opened scrap mechanic in release and it still said not a valid win32 application so i tried launcher. it said the same thing as before. the launcher had a steam icon so i opened smart steam emu configuration settings and it came up with a code stuff which i read and found some stuff about startin and target and read the instructions here is the bit about the startin and target
