Download Files(i recommend Google Drive) part1 and part2 then:
Extract IGG-TocaRaceDriv111Part1 and it will extract IGG-TocaRaceDriv111part2 automaticaly.
Extract First CD1 into one folder then extract CD2 in the same folder but do not replace the autorun of cd1.
Open autorun.exe as Administator! and install the game, you don't gamespy.
Go on Crack/Update folder take Toca Race Driver Update v11.120 and put it on game folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Codemasters\Race Driver), open and install.
Go on Crack/Crack take RaceDriver and replace it on game folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Codemasters\Race Driver). Installation Complete! Open the game, put your settings, click save and play, It will open a test for your monitor if you see the cube rotating press yes and it should open the game. Oh! and open the game as administator or else you won't be able to save. If you want to play lan with a friend download gameranger.
You need to extract CD1 first then CD2 in the same folder but don't replace the autorun after than open autorun.exe as administator and you will be able to install the game. And the last step is to go on Crack folder then crack take RaceDriver and replace it.
You need to copy the files from the Disc 1 and Disc 2 and put in a new folder, after that you start the autorun aplication (to run the instalation). Edit: if when you copy the Disc 2 files the message for replace the ''autorun. file'' appear, don't accept. The instalation should work properly now ;D
Installation Complete!
