It is an okay game to lose some 10h, not hard but the grind to get the clinic is insane, it is patched and uncensored, only bad thing in the game is the NTR we do and the fact every time you finish a quest, the day ends, so do what you need before that.
There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.
BTW is it patched? (with 18+ DLC or not?)
