I can think of a couple of things this error is popping up to you, 1st you don't have enough space in wherever you attempting to install the game, second your antivirus imay be interrupting the installation process, try turning it off temporarly and see if it helps.
I have plenty space on both of my disks (About 400gb free on both), funny thing is, I have files in game folder, but when I try to run game, it sends me to steam, I think the installer did not installed only crack for the game, but game only. I tried even copying files from the FLT folder, but that didnt worked either. I dont know. When I try to run the game with files from FLT folder I get some message saying "Failed to open descriptor file ../../../BrewmasterMain/BrewMasterMain.uproject
It's very likely your antivirus that is causing that, you need to turn it off before you install the game. If you're using the default Windows defender, Simply open it go to settings and turn off the realtime protection 'you can turn it back on later'. Make sure you run the exe file luncher as admin.
I downloaded the game using the torrent link, and when I try to launch the setup, I get an error saying "Python has stopped working" and it won't launch.

Otherwise you might want to consider trying the torrent or ddl and try again. Maybe one or the other is broken.

install.pycontopython.exeand it should run the program with an open terminal, which is basically your log.The error you got is useless, the info from the terminal is what you need.
Or you can try the Mega.NZ download, I used it and its fine.
