this IS zero no kiseki. just the officially localized version. first of the 2-games crossbell arc, 4th (out of 10-12, depending if you're counting english or jap releases) of the "the legend of heroes: trails..." franchise.
full series:
sky arc The Legend of Heroes: trails in the sky (also sometimes add FC, first chapter) The Legend of Heroes: trails in the sky second chapter (SC) The Legend of Heroes: trails in the sky the 3rd
crossbell arc The Legend of Heroes: trails from Zero The Legend of Heroes: trails to Azure (official localization next year, probably near March
Erebonian arc The Legend of Heroes: trails of cold steel The Legend of Heroes: trails of cold steel II The Legend of Heroes: trails of cold steel III The Legend of Heroes: trails of cold steel IV
kind of an ending to both Erebonian and Crossbell Arc. Mostly Erebonian The Legend of Heroes: trails into Reverie (localization next year, probably end of the year)
Calvard Arc The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki (localization date yet undetermined. probably late 2024 if I had to guess) The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki 2 (just came out in Japan, no idea for lozalization date)
most likely unrelated Spin-off: The Legend of Heroes: Boundless Trails (localization next year)
advice: play them in this order if you can. If you can't or don't want to, at least don't start in the middle of an arc. if you get into the story with a game different from sky FC, maybe consider going back to those sometimes, as characters come back from old games, and all of these games happen in the same continent in a span of about 7 years. It's all interconnected.
It wasn't that it was cracked, the IP owner actually liaisoned with the translator of that version to officially publish and release the translations in English. Prior to this, it was all unofficial. (Although to my understanding, if you were quick enough to get the translation already off the website, there's very little that is changed since the last patch only needed polishing/editing to sound better.)
This also means that Durant (who is one of the programmers working on porting all the games) is also officially allowed to put in their QOL changes such as native widescreen and the speedup options via their launcher.
