Opera is a chinese sponsored, heavily advertised spyware browser. I recommend using Brave (disabling the crypto bs) or Firefox with Ublock Origin. I personally use Firefox because all other browsers are just chrome with a skin, solidifying the Google internet monopoly. Imagine if all browsers gave this message because they felt like censoring it.
if you get this on other browsers it means you ISP has placed this site behind a "garden wall" and you are triggering the garden wall every time you go there. This usually only happens if you download torrents from these sites without a VPN. If you use Utorrent and don't use a VPN the publishers also go to igg and Cs . Rin . RU and continually log all the ip's that seed their games then report it to your isp. Some ISP's then put the entire website behind a protocol called "the garden wall" and this will lock users from going there or in the case of Quest simply flag you as pirating even if you haven't downloaded anything and you'll have to prove that in order to unlock your internet again.
Some internet service providers are better than others. The worst one to have for pirating is Quest though as they consider all infractions permanent against your name and address. I even tried waiting a year before torrenting again with quest assuming they were like comcast and deleted your infractions every quarter or annually, nope it permanent and i was banned from using them and so was my household until a resident could show proof of a title/deed transfer/sale. If you have comcast your in a much much better spot and should be able to reset your infractions annually. however the number one way to bypass all this crap is to just bite the bullet and pay the 15$ a month for a real fast vpn. if you cant afford that then i suggest only even using the direct file downloads instead of torrents. that's what i do, then i save my 3ish warnings per year on massive 70+gb files that are to obnoxious to not torrent.
This is just my advice to you if it is on the ISP side. Also if the garden wall protocol has been activated its likely you cant go to most torrenting websites like mega the pirate bay, and 1337. I would test with Microsoft edge to get a baseline then try going to the pirate bay or CS. Rin. RU. If your still locked out youll have to call your isp as you are under limited connection and dont know it yet and likley have an email letter in your emails inbox explaining your infractions
I fear this could be censorship by the provider, try another browser like firefox,if still happens then censorship might be the reason,to avoid: Search/google for how to change dns to 1.1.1.1. cloudflare(internetsetting),or if you wanna use firefox look under settings -> connection-settings,choose activate dns over https Maybe Opera hast also this possibility, should be the same look under settings ->connection-settings activate dns over https
most likely it's because of how this specific website I'm redirected to is being targeted with malicious adware (but then again, I'm no expert in that field), and might not have anything to do with Opera's security measures updating since I would've known if it did. Regardless of the state of bluemediafiles' site, you probably shouldn't run into any issues if you run adblock, besides, the "Click Here To Download" doesn't get put into Opera's security checkpoint once I'm redirected to the actual files to be downloaded
