Does this include all the standalone expansions? Or not really expansions, just parts. Let's hope so, I'm in the process of downloading it and I would really love to have all that stuff. :)
you are wrong about that, download all 5 parts. every part contains 3 folders. Editors, Set-Ups, Updates. YOU ONLY HAVE TO RUN THE SETUPS IN PART 1, ALL OTHER PARTS JUST NEED TO BE ON YOUR PC DURING INSTALL. DONT EXTRACT THE FILES, RUN THE EXE FILES INSIDE THE .RAR FILES in the Set-Ups folder there are 8 .EXE files, the 5 games. the 2 expansions, and 1 campaign customizer DLC. for it to work as all games in one, you need to install it in a specific order.

Strike Fighters 2 North Atlantic dont update it any further then that since the NA setup is already march 2012 which was the last update, you only want to go into the updates folder and run SF2_update_mar2012_hotfix.exe after installing that last hotfix. you can play the game with all aircraft and all expansions by starting the strike fighters 2 israel shortcut on your desktop. i suggest also making an account on combat ace so that you can download a shit ton of mods.
yes this is all DLC, i dont have North atlantic installed (i use a mod for that instead that makes it a 2006 mission instead of 1980's) so i cant confirm the A-6. but all the vietnam aircraft are there, the Mirage IIICJ "shahak" comes with Israel expansion its there too. did you launch the game trough strikefighters 2 israel.exe, or just normal strike fighters? the Israel shortcut is the "merged" install, you need to start the game with that, for the DLC to load up. thanks for your answer. In regards to DLCs, I meant planes like the french Mirage III and the Mirage 5. Some of the mods from combatace (which is a site I love and to which i contributed) are based on these planes and practically there is no 3d model for them as they are based on DLC planes (and the site has a zero tolerance policy on copyrights). Anyway, I currently have almost 70 gigs of mods installed (yeah i love this game :D), if I can't get those mirages I'll survive. In any case, if you happen to have those DLCs (or know some1 who does), I'd be happy to exchange them for some of the rarest addons I got (like the SU-34 and the Mig 1.42 MFI). PS. I start the game with the NA exe.
i was not even aware there were other DLC besides the ones in this download. they are not even listed on Thridwire website. that being said, i don't have them either, but there is a copy of the Mirage 5 of the DLC, except that person made it from the ground up but its basically the same jet made so that it doesnt depend on the DLC jet. here it is https://combatace.com/files/file/15539-mirage-5pa3/?tab=reviews < there used to be a french skin for that mirage, i cant find it right now, but ill edit this post if i do. also i am jealous of the Su-34 XD i used to have it on my old pc sadly i dont know anyone that has the loose plane DLC's the best we can do is grab mods, and hope the modder also made a custom pit for it. you can also check the mods sections on cockpits as there might be cockpits available that are not necessarily part of a plane mod, but will still work with just a few edited lines in the config file of the modded plane.

If I get together enough money I might end up buying some of those dlcs (if u search thirdwire site u'll find em for sure), although currently my paypal card is suspended and I need to grab another. i have seen them now, never knew they existed. they now have a strike fighters 2 complete package for 99USD on the store https://store.thirdwire.com/store_p1.htm top of the page. "includes 5 games, 2 expansion packs, and 29 DLCs all in one single, easy-to-install package!" looks like that is truly everything! i think thats actually a pretty good price, i never bought more then the base game, because im kind of sad it isnt on steam, and because the prices for such a old game were monumental. all the games cost 40 bucks so (basegame plus 4 other theathers would already be 200 USD) the 2 expansions are 30 a piece so that would be 260, then if you wanted all the DLC its another 5 or 10 dollars per DLC (the planes, and the editors), it was more then 300 US dollars to own everything, so now that they are selling it for 99US dollars. that's pretty good might actually go ahead and get it with my next paycheck.
Hey man, i know this is a late reply, but just in case you didn't knew, no, this collection does not incluide the DLC aircrafts, of which the A-6 is in there. Also the complete package for 99 USD is not on sale anymore. Not only they expect you to pay nearly 400 USD for the entire game now, but they cant even sell you the all in one package anymore.
i get you my man. its a bit pricey, but the 100dollar version is 5 games, 2 expansions and 29 DLC planes. in my case it would be 90 euros, which i think is a quite decent price for the amount of stuff in the pack. for instance, age of empires 3 complete edition costs 37 euros and that game released in 2005, with the complete edition releasing in 2009. by the way, i have windows 10, and strike fighters 2 works flawlessly. i have not had any crashes with the vanilla complete install, if you mess up your mods it will crash though, but this has little to do with the version of windows you are running.
I dont doubt the quality of the game. I just think that 100 bucks for a game pack from 2012 with a LAST PATCH ON 2013! should not maintain the price it had since first release. Every game gets cheaper with time, and selling a game pack for 100 bucks when the game is almost 10 years old is almost bullshit to me. Specially when now we have (the even more expensive) DCS to make competition.
