LIMIT. THE MOTHERFING. FRAME RATES!

i was just playing for a bit and didn't think to check till just now but this was running my pc super hot (60 celsius+ hot!).

pull up RTSS and FORCE IT TO 30! >:(

and yes, i more than meet the freaking recommended sys reqs... damn, uncapped frame rate BS...

Was experiencing a CTD at the main page. Could hear the music but it would hang and not respond. A couple of friends had same problem. The solution for all 3 of us was simply restarting. lol...
