A bit late, but if it's a file with a .swf extension then you should just be able to open a new tab in your browser and drag & drop the file onto it and it'll start.
Edit: Downloaded it myself, it has a .exe file like a lot of the other games on this site, so there is no need to deal with a .swf file.

game download link says the file is not available for a few of those links.
