In order to change the language, go to appdata (press windows+R and type %appdata%), go to Goldberg SteamEmu Saves folder\settings folder then you can open the "language" text file and change english for whatever the game supports (you can check available languages in the game folder in data\launch folder)
I noticed that lowering graphical options and increasing framerate helps mitigate the issue, but even minimum settings and 60+ fps the game speed is still not normal.
The ones like me who have problems with the controller inputs, you can change almost all of them inside the game.

For those who got low fps and more Try to add the game to nvidia application settings in the 3d aettings of the nvidia control panel(it might be possible from a windows setting as well) After that make sure the main card is running the game, after that all my problems were fix. Good luck
I'm getting super slow-mo as well at high resolutions with 30-40fps. Lowering resolution and graphics increases framerate and reduces the slow-mo effect, but even at stable 60fps game speed is not normal. This is visible on the Super Heat attacks (finishers) when characters say their lines, the audio always plays at a fixed rate but because the game is running slower than intended, the voice line ends before the character model is done moving their lips by about 2-3 seconds.
Have you made sure your computer meets the correct requirements to run the game? Have you also made sure you've installed the crack correctly? If so for both of those, try deleting and re-extracting the zip file with your virus security is off
