Actually no. "Chibi" refers to the childlike representation of an anime character whereas "Super Deformed" is a generic term relating to artistic misproportions in anime art. Basically chibi is always SD but SD isn't always chibi
That is incorrect. You've probably come to this conclusion because of characters like "Chibiusa" (which is short for "chibi Usagi", meaning "little rabbit" or "short rabbit"), thinking that it refers to her being child-like, but it is just a reference to how she's literally a miniature Usagi, aka Sailor Moon. All chibi means is small or short, and has nothing to do with childlikeness. It's derived from [禿びる] "Chibiru", meaning, "to wear down and become small". The only closeness to "childlike" in the representation is in the proportions, as it shortens limbs and renders the head as being oversized to the body, which resembles how children are proportioned, but that's it.
No, I came to the only reasonable conclusion, because you've been lying out your ass, since every actual source of definition in English and Japanese for Super Deformed and Chibi indicates they're the same fucking thing, and it's been that way since the term first came to be back in 1985 (though the origin of the design concept dates back to either TakaraTony's Choro-Q line of pullback transformer toy cars which released in 1979 but were in development prior, or with 月刊OUT's Space Battleship Yamato parody comics in 1977). Bandai copyrighted the term "Super Deformed" but companies were rather laissez-faire with using the term until relatively recently when Japan as a whole started to take copyright more seriously (the rights to many anime and other shows, like the Sentai shows bought by Saban to make the Power Rangers, or Macross, Southern Cross, and MOSPEADA that were butchered by Harmony Gold USA to create Robotech, were bought wholesale internationally, rather than just locally and temporarily, caused that shift, primarily) and stopped using it for other things, but the two terms have always meant the same goddamn thing. FFS, Hajime Sato, famous animator at Sunrise (aka the origin of Gundam) and one of the people that first drew SD Gundam, with [爆笑戦士!SDガンダム] "Bakushou Senshi! SD Gundam" being released back in 1989, expressedly has stated this as well, and reiterated it in 2003 with his book [チビキャラの描き方-人物編-佐藤-元] "How to draw chibi characters, People Edition" (whose English release is instead titled "How to draw Manga Super Deformed Characters Vol. 1 - Humans"); they're just deformed by between 2-4 heads in height (the average figure is considered to be 7.5 to 8 heads tall, so basically reduce height by 1/4 to 1/2) and the proportions are changed to match the exaggeration.
You want to try fighting the fact that you've been lying out your ass still? Yeah, you do, since you just blocked me like a little bitch.
It is still Gundam Battle game. Which means grindy as hell, sleek control and pretty of hardcore enemies (which you will able to easily dominate eventually by abusing their moveset and unholy grind).
I kinda sad that they get rid of proper character creator and mission scoring system but on other hand you don't need to invest into your wingmans suits at all and have no time limits to beat for mission outside of general 30 min which is more than enough and couple "chest" side missions on couple levels (and chests aren't vital in this game). Overall, I enjoing the game pretty much.
Just cleared the game for the first time, it's pretty grindy lol. Luckily the Gundam that I used to clear the game is quick and easy to obtain right from the beginning which is Gundam Wing Zero. The attacks are easy to use, pretty strong and the special attack have huge range. Highly recommended this Gundam for new players, just lvl up this one Gundam and you're fine.
Eventhough I've cleared the game, there is 2 stages that I've unable to clear in normal difficulty which 3A and 7C, both includes fighting Mobile Armor Hashmal. It's really fucking strong and annoying to fight lol.
C -> user -> “your PC name” -> appdata -> locale -> BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment -> SD Gundam BATTLE ALLIANCE -> saved -> savegame -> there are two folders here, the one with the oldest date modified is your old save data. Copy all it’s contents to the other folder and done.
thank you reply i know can use other steam game id to play multiplay mode, but i do not how to work this function by the way,i bought the deluxe edition, this question was asked by my friend
who can share a premium sound mp3 320kbps packs for this pc version, I've heard of switxh have a premium sound unlocked xci files, but I don't know how to Extract the sound source .BFSTM files to pc. (.BFSTM to .mp3 320k)
So this comes with a bunch of early unlocks for certain mobile suits that even without upgrades are pretty OP for the first few missions, use at your own risk. Three of these I didn't even know existed: Liu Bei Unicorn, Sun Jian Gundam Astray and Cao Cao Wing Gundam
Sangokushi suits aren't OP, they just better than grunts suits. Shiro's Gundam is actually more effective and you get Barbatos pretty early. Now, Cao Cao Wing Gundam will be able to easily go throught fhree dirrectories if you like to keep range, but it isn't sturdy and Full Armor Gundam is much better in the Sharpshooter role (the only advantage of Cao Cao's suit is that all his attacks are physical so it will make some bosses easier if you are good at dodging). They are also MASSIVELY outperformed by their non-sengoku counterparts like Wing Gundam allow you to own anyone in the game so long as you are picking your optional parts properly. Musou Gundam is decent melee suit but his ranged option sucks. Command Gundam is decent ranged but not only his melee suck his damage output is mixed beam-physical (which means that OP's with bonus beam and bonus physical ranged damage will be less effective for him, worse than only his Normal Ranged is beam so it's not a good companion either for later half of the game and almost every boss battle) otherwise decent suit but outperformed by Full Armor Gundam, Wing Gundam, any Unicorn or Banshi, half of Char's suits and many more.
Most of the OP-ness comes from leveling suits and proper OP's anyway and you will not able to do much of either until you are far enough in the game to have dozens of suits to choose for.
You also can just delete DLC lines from the Steam emulator configuration file. This time it's even separate.
Yeah, the pre-order bonuses and such give you a nice boost at the start. It also gives you suits to use that will let you win missions while you grind up money to upgrade new suits you unlock. That's one of the issues people have with the game. When you get a new suit, it's pretty trash until you spend a bunch of money on it.
