That's one hell of a shot in the dark, bub. The fact I know what the devs use and how they use it MIGHT just be a sign I have knowledge of the programs and coding through using them myself. There's no real rendering needed. Just shots upon shots of models in different profile images pasted in when they need it; if you're lucky, actual scenes.

The fact that you have no idea what it means to make these kinda RenPy games is a bit of a shock.... well, not really. I mean anyone can do it, even armchair skeptics like yourself. It's right up there with RPG Makers. You have a template. You have a guide. Not an artist (which I'm definitely going to assume you're not)? Fine. Some of the good H-VNs mess with character editors like Honey Select or (ugh) Daz3D, they are also easy to do. But here's the thing that someone who nags and don't try like yourself; you have to put in the attempt.
Scrub Level: Stealing assets that are premade. Make a generic meet-and-bang story. Just make sure not to mix the character names. Basic Level: Make you own girl, modify the sets some to make it somewhat original. The storyline you create will be your saving grace if the hot girls a bit undercooked. Pro Level: This requires learning. YouTube is your friend. Learn to code in Python. It's not THAT hard compared to other coding. Use Blender for the sets and character models. Brainstorm a damn novel. This will take some time. This has the most to lose, but will reap the most.
