I did not expect much from this to be honest, but this was a surprise in like the worst way possible.
It's extremely unsettling, revolting and gruesome story with literally zero high points, it was constantly and rapidly going more and more downhill into complete and utter misery.
So yeah I can say with high confidence that it is pretty good
