So this is Under The Witch. Let me tell you why this happened. According to Shady Productions (who I've discussed this with) the original game was banned from Steam not because of content, but words. He refuses to tell me what words caused the game to be banned, but we have Postal 4 where you can pee on people and mass kill them, but Under The Witch had words that steam deemed offensive.
So because of this, the dev retooled the game at great personal risk, to see if Steam would accept it. Looks like they did. Make sure to get the uncensored game, Under The Witch at itch.io completely DRM-Free.
Hahah. I've wondered if that was a viable tactic: releasing different versions of a porn game to appease the moving goalposts of different platforms (Patreon, Steam, etc.)
Depending on how content is rendered, written, or coded, I'm guessing some devs might have an easier time of it than others. Managing different versions and accounts for different platforms seems like it can potentially become a huge hassle, but I guess it might be worth it if a game is popular enough.
