The Kanjozoku are a group of street racer around Osaka that compete, race and drive at high speed in different situation during the night in group. There are various team that often race together, it's rarely individual.
They are more or less the car version of the Bosozoku well know for beeing "Bikers" that also drive dangerously and do crazy stuff at night in group.
So the game is of course a driving game like we see many here but the title goes beyond simply the name of a game or literal meaning, there is more to it. So here it is for the little cultural point, you can obviously google both these term for more information in a non-broken english or even your native language. (⇀‸↼‶)
