Too bad it's cheap, cos it could have been really good.
Anyway, if you want to explore tropical settings like this and deal with dangerous animals, I think Far Cry 3 is a much better choice, even if it's a completely different category. But after all, when you see the errands you have to do, it's not necessarily that different. 😅

I bet this game will get a remaster in a few years, with better animations, better lighting, stuff like that.

Their concept was far too big for their budget, which was about a dollar fifty. Everything looks really, really cheap and nasty. Character models are kind of floaty, as they haven't been animated well, controls are janky as hell and the main characters - instead of being cute and charming - are fugly and nightmarish.

So inspired by Banjo-Kazooie that they helped themselves to the font as well.
