Well, it also says 8 GB of RAM, and yet my barely 4GB windows 7 old potato computer can run it fine or so it seems so far. Give it a try just in case! A lot of games with modest graphics have frankly overblown minimun requirements.
Yeah, no mouse supported. Honestly is not an issue. Most of the time you can play comfortably using the arrow keys, enter and backspace, maybe use some hot keys for faster play. And even if you don't use hot keys since the game it's turn based and you can take all the time you want it doesn't matter. If the game appeals to you don't let the lack of mouse support stop you, you can play plenty well with just the keyboard.
Made by the same guys that made Mercenaries blaze, really liked that one as an TRPG fan, quite a solid fft/like game. So I will definetly try this one out.
