Hello, I also have that white screen problem even tho I am deleting the Users folder. Is there a specific order to proceed by doing so? I tried doing it as soon as the game started, also right after creating a nickname or during the white screen. None of them worked so are there any other way to proceed? thank you!

i didnt have any problem downloading it but once i open a new game after selecting the three petals??? idk that part i have a white screen. i can open the menu and everything but there is no text even if teh box is there too.... anyone know what to do?

i downloaded this two times already from the link megaup and mega and i still get a 2 internet short cut , text document and disc image file. as far as i know there's supposed to be a folder that contains the application itself and some application extension .how come its missing ?????

does anyone have help for the white screen issue? even after deleting user file + deleting itself + it's contents i'm still struggling with the issue? i even signed out of steam,, i'm unsure what to do aahh

I downloaded the game from your link and deleted the UserData folder and it works, but it doesn't seem to keep any of the saves i use after i close the application. Is there a way to fix this or is this a sacrifice i have to make in order for the game to function at all lol
Edit: nvm!! I implemented the save file from the download from this website into your copy and now it works!!

I deleted the "USER" folder but everything still everything is white. Fix this pls I wanna play it T_T

I've downloaded this one before (even had a comment 2 years ago, scroll to bottom)
I moved to another pc recently so I had to redownload it if I wanted to play the game again. Wasn't surprised to see the white screen again but I just deleted UserData back then, but now it doesn't even exist. The files are different this time?
Luckily I still have the original on my laptop where I installed it years ago. I tried to move the files here and deleted UserData found in the Users folder and voila, it worked. I have the files but I don't know if it's okay to share.

Thanks for the game but I got a white screen. After starting a new game and written my name all goes white. The buttons work well but the game doesn't. Is sad ;_;

Did everything to play but unfortunately I AM STUCK AT THE PROLOGUE WITH A WHITE SCREEN. I waited for the game to download and as much as I appreciate the effort of the crackers of the game it didn't start for me. I restarted my laptop (64-bit, 4GB RAM, 1TB), Uninstalled and install it again, deleted the Users folder BUUUUUUUT it didn't work! I don't know anymore....

Same problem as below, the game works just fine until I start a new game and enter my name but then it's just a white screen and a blank text box... The menu, quick sace button and everything work perfectly, but I cannot play the game. On other websites people say the issue is caused by stream but what can I do with it as it's a downloaded version? I really want to play the game...

I have a problem — I just got on Lance's route and when I'm near the gate and I'm sending him the first text, the game crashes or something. I can't click anything besides the return arrow on the phone.

IMPORTANT
if anyone still experiences black screen when starting the game the FIRST TIME, delete your USER file and it should work HOWEVER it does not work in full screen mode properly.
HOWEVER NOW I AM HAVING ANOTHER PROBLEM. In Tei's route, the moment i start the "Stolent Harp" part everything in the game WENT BACK TO THE KOREAN TEXT even though the game is SET TO ENGLISH.

deleting the use files definitely works BUT now the game is flickering when in FULLSCREEN MODE which kinda sucked. Windowed mode as far as i can tell seems to work ok.

man, this game! It's been giving me problems!! I don't have the money to buy it, but these files are all around for me. I deleted userdata like it said and it worked, but i pressed the windows key to exit out of my other tabs and it freaked out! deleting userdata no longer worked and it kept saying "player already running" even if it wasn't, and redownloading userdata :< man, this game wants to be bought!! XD I would if I could, Cheritz.

Try deleting the UserData folder found in the Users folder. That seemed to fix things for me.
