Got some weird "Steam" error in another language (Chinese I think). How do I fix it?

Can someone please upload the original Paper Bride game as well? I've been asking everywhere but I've gotten no responses yet.

Can somebody please help me? I downloaded this game despite all the ads, and apply crack both in the installer and by copying the folder, but the "please log in steam" notification keeps popping out and I cannot play it...It alredy took me more than an hour with uninstalling and reinstalling...So sad...Please help me plz plz plz
