i have dx12 but game keeps saying 'DX12 not supported on system, try running without -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument'

Too bad it can only be operated on Win10.
Have tried the old ways (add into steam as shortcut, right click select properties and launch it as DX11).
I can only see the opening logo and eventually it crashed lol
