I solve this problem! In the CD locate the PLAZA folder, and then copy all archives in it for the folder of the game located in C:/Programs files/Cities in Motion 2 Collection. Then open the game it will already be running
Hi daniel teplan! Copy the files "http://codex.in" and "steam_api.dll", now paste these files into the folder located in "C:/Programs filies/Cities in Motion 2 Collection", replace the files that are there, and then the game will run normally! :)
