^ okay, IGG has updated to the most current version of the game 1.1.1(at the time of my post) and it is properly cracked with a functioning steamclient_loader.exe

What's the trick with the 1.0.9 update? The steam launcher is gone, and we have what looks to be a Goldberg crack. And the only exe is the main Crystal Project file, but that leads to a steam client error.
If you like this and it somehow reminds you of something, look no further than Final Fantasy V. The base is pretty much that, Find crystals, unlock new jobs. But on where FFV succeeded (story) this has not.... but it is still a Fun Game and I'd recommend it for any JRPG fans.
I'd rate it a bit higher; Basing it entirely off of FF5 isn't really fair. To me it feels more like Final Fantasy 1, but with a more refined version of FFV's job system (like a working Threat system, and passives based on a point system). Yeah, the story is pretty nonexistant (which is why it feels more like FF1 to me), but it has tons in the way of exploration, much more than pretty much any Final Fantasy game (besides maybe 15, being open world). The graphics are also more akin to Octopath Traveler (2D on 3D stages), and some platforming (though that can be a bit annoying at times).
But yeah, I'll agree that it's a great game for people that like old-school style JRPG's.

It's funny how the bigger YouTubers haven't said shit about this game, but tons of very small channels have covered it. Looks like Andrew didn't grease the palms of enough of those greedy fakers.
Hey that actually looks cool ! Just finished my previous (and really first) JRPG (Venaitura , I recomend it !) so it might be a good next game as TJRP for me : )
I had this problem too. Run the game in Windowed Mode. Then download Borderless Gaming (it's free). Open the game, open Borderless and add Crystal Project to the list. The game will run in borderless fullscreen with menus.
