Typical, the main character's harem continues to grow.

There has never been a bad Sakura game. These guys know what they are doing. It's like going back to the golden age of '90's eroge when the stories were good and the protagonist was straight. The Japanese themselves lost the plot.

Sakura Games are not bad, but the more I played them the more generic they feel. Not saying is a bad thing. I just wish they can move on one step forward and make improvement for the next game. There's definitely room for improvement!

Trying to improve them would cost money. I think they are happy producing the same generic game over and over and raking in profits.

A developer can't, and should not stay on the same formula forever. Sure it might work for them, but eventually they have to create something new and more ambitious. By not doing so, their games will tend to become boring overtime. When people play a game they want to say: "Damn that was a good game, I can't wait for the next one." Game developers want players to buy their games, to keep playing the games. Keeping the same generic game over and over will drive players away. A game developer should always make their new game better than the last one.
