If you have the same problem as me:

  1. Extract the game.
  2. Get rid of the first "Game" directory.
  3. Copy all files from the second "Game" directory into newly created "app" directory.
  4. Now when hitting .exe Steam opens. So copy steam.appid.txt from any of your Steam games into all the directories of this game.
  5. Play the game.
Or wait for IGG to reupload.
