Could you start the game? I run as administrator, change compatibility but it doesn't work, after 2 seconds with a black screen it exits

This is a old PS1 game and i use to play this until one of my in laws took my game and stole it and sold it before i could ever finish it.This looks like they just threw the same game on the PC without any new features. Heck they even say in the features 2 disc why don't they try adding something new.
