For anyone who tried out this game and is having issues moving their save over to Steam, the pirated version's save files (for the current version at least) are located in "C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\1621690\remote" and the Steam save files are located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(steamid)\1621690\remote". Just copy the files from the cracked folder to the Steam folder and overwrite.
For the first time of me downloading games I cant play this game. I get a black screen. Ive been on this site for a very long time and have been able to play every single game ive downloaded. I dont get it...
Thoughts: I think this Game, which is a Sandbox-Survival and more, has already alot to offer, and is very very promising. On my Watchlist 2022 🤗🤖🤓 Only 1 Downside is you have no Workers/Minions to order around, hihihi😄😄.That is something they could add.😄
idk why people are so angry about EA, like the only other option is either 1) the dev releases the game at that state but says it's fully done, which is stupid, or 2) you have to wait until they do more testing behind the scenes INSTEAD of EA, which means you won't get to play it until much later (could be 1 year out or more).
What matters is if it's a GOOD GAME, and that has nothing to do with whether or not it's EA. There are plenty of shitty games that are not EA, but people tend to forget that...
It's a longplay multiplayer game. It's now out, doing the youtube/twitch rounds etc. Done or not, it's a launch. It's the most attention and players most indie games will get.
Early Access is what a lot of independent games must do to make enough money to get it finished at all. But there's a cost as well. People will get and play it now until they're bored of it. Then they'll uninstall it. By the time the game is done, people will have moved on. It's an abortion of the natural lifecycle of a game.
I think a lot of the issues with EA is that too many companies use it more to make money than to make sure the product works. I have nothing against EA products when you actually see them listening to feedback and work toward producing a finished product.
I've backed a few that I later came to regret backing. Like one that simply released with an entire ACT not even released. A year after release, they had only made like one reference to that final act, and that wasn't even a "we're working on it".
So, yeah, there are companies that ABUSE the concept of EA. That's why it gets a lot of trash talk thrown its way. It's also why I'm now more reluctant to support any product that enters EA unless the company already has a Good Reputation for Finished Products!
Yeah, I was talking about Wolcen. At first they were genuinely listening and working on fixing / improving things . Then, they released it, and all they've done since then is make more "endgame" content. Last Epoch (another action rpg in EA) is shaping up better to follow their promises, but I grew to dislike the chaotic style of character growth.
I haven't backed any EA games since those two, because they both left me with a sour taste, for different reasons. Do I believe the idea of EA is automatically bad? No. But, I also believe many companies are abusing it or simply not using it properly.
i rather have they do testing behind the scenes INSTEAD of EA, What matters is if it's a good game BUT There are plenty of shitty EA that takes 2 to 3 year to get out of EA hell some even didnt get out after more than 5 years cough yandere cough simulator cough, people tend to forget that...
Also people have been more intolerant on ealry access because there have been some cases where devs promises many things in early access only to give a skeleton game of what they promise in the full release so yeah...... most of the time people have bad impression when they see that the game is still on ealry access state, this got even more intensefied with the recent release of elden ring, no early access just a masterfull full content relase with hours and hours to enjoy, unlike some "GOOD GAME" that take 3 to 4 years to get out of EA
I get what you mean, I don't mean to come across so angry. I guess we just differ on personal opinions for release early versus later after the 'full release'. I think EA allows us to see the growth which is fun, and play a game in a fully playable state (albeit less content, which comes in time). EA also lets them get great feedback from actual players, and get some really great input from us players that can change the game for the better. I happened to see another game called To The Rescue! which looks really cute, but they clearly could have benefited from release EA because it's clearly not in a good state. In the end I just like having fun games to play EA or not, haha
i used Radmin at that time but im not sure if its needed. all u need is the host player must tell u code ID game (when u press esc u can see the ID game) and tell your friend. To join he must press join and write Game ID
i think i used Radmin VPN or it can be Hamachi but not sure if its needed. The host must tell u ID game u can see when u press esc and u should see come and tell your friend this code. This is all
I finally reached the point where I could mine scarlet ore, but in the middle of mining it my game crashed. I ran the game again, but my world and character got corrupted somehow, since my world got renamed Legacy World, while my character was back to choosing standard or hardcore.
Choosing them would load up the intro cutscene, then a window with a message shows up that says "Save File cannot be read".
ngl, this was a mood killer. Gonna wait after a few updates before trying this game again.
The v0.3.3 update changed the repair mechanic. Instead of using scrap parts, you have to use the materials needed to make the item to repair it. The amount of materials needed changes depending on the damage of the item. Scrap parts is only good for getting a small amount of coin now.
v0.3.5 reduced the materials needed to repair the items.
do anyone know where you can locate the world and player file folder? i have both version 0.5.2.3 the version where i decide to play again and 0.5.2.5 which has my very old save data how do i continue my 0.5.2.3 world with the current version?
Hey, I liked this game so much that I bough it. Do you guys know if there's a way to put the savefile on the original game? It seems the game is detecting both savefiles on its locallow > pugstorm > core keeper folder but I can't manage to make it read the old one.
I think the game saves everything under the unity3d file inside the game's folder. Once the game is updated if you replace that file the game won't work at all (I tried doing this to swap the cracked savefile over to the original game). I don't think there's a way to save everything. The game is not that big so if you want a back up maybe just save the entire game and that directory somewhere else.
it will be work
sorry my poor english but i will hope u can understand this
