Simple 4X. Build farms, improve and evolve city. First faction can summon a shadow unit every round - quite OP. But when I encoutered first enemy on round 10, game froze. So I guess I lost. :-) Civilization VI or Humankind are much more complex, but still more fun. Or try FreeCiv.

Any good? Looks like a rerelease of an early 2000's game
